WHY DOESN'T PAMPERED FEMME ADD MORE SPARKLE AND SHIMMER TO THEIR PRODUCTS?

Unlike most natural and organic brands, Pampered Femme is committed to a high standard of values and ethics. We refuse to use any ingredient that is sourced at the sacrifice of those sourcing it. Discover how mica is mined and the story of the children who are forced to do so at the hands of poverty. The sparkle we do add, for instance in our bath salts is not made from plastic and is biodegradable.

 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORGANIC AND CERTIFIED ORGANIC?

By now, we are all familiar with the concept of organic and the value therein. What is the difference between organic and certified organic, and does it alter the characteristics of the subject? We want to give you a thorough answer, because the world tends to bend organic definitions to their benefit. So we decided to write an entire blog on just that!

 

MY BODY BUTTER HAS MELTED/LIQUIFIED?

Don't panic! It has not expired, nor is it a bad product. Since our products are oil based, they are sensitive to heat. Leaving your body butter exposed to the sun or in too warm of an area will change its consistency from viscous to liquid. Our body butter has a shelf life of 12 months. As long as you're within this period, your product is still good. To reset the whipped consistency, all you have to do is:

1. Take the product out of its container and pour it into a mixing bowl.

2. Leave it in the fridge until to solidify a bit, around 10 minutes.

3. Whip it good for about 5 minutes, until it has the consistency equivalent to whipped cream.
